Common questions about hosting with us.
Do I need to move my domain?
No. We just need you to point your domain at Cloudflare — your registrar can stay exactly where it is. We can do this for you as part of the migration.
Is migration really free?
Yes. On every plan. We stage your site on our infrastructure, test it, and cut over DNS at a time that suits you. Moves usually happen with zero downtime.
Can I pay monthly?
Starter, Growth and Advanced are billed annually. Enterprise is usually monthly on a rolling 30-day contract. We don't lock anyone in for longer than that.
What happens if I outgrow my plan?
We'll tell you — usually before the wheels come off. Moving up a tier is same-day and prorated, no downtime.
What if I want to leave?
We'll export a full archive of your site and database and give you a friendly, honest handover. No drama, no hidden fees.
